Introduction to Compensation for Airline Passengers

It is pitty to read that Montreal Convention does not explicitly address acts of war or terrorism, which are often the cause of incidents in the tragic event of a plane being shot down. Too many wars in the world, too many risicks today that we do not have before. I would like to feel more protected.
